Admission & Withdrawal
The School Management reserves full authority to decide the terms and conditions for granting admission or retaining any student in the institution.
Every student seeking admission must submit a valid original Birth Certificate (Municipal / Baptism Certificate) as proof of date of birth. Once recorded, the date of birth will be treated as final and no request for any change will be accepted.
Submission of a Leaving Certificate from the previous school is mandatory. It must be duly counter-signed by the concerned State/Board Educational Authority. If not submitted within 15 days, the admission will be cancelled automatically.
Admissions are normally conducted at the beginning of the academic session (February–March). Admission during the session is generally not allowed. All applicants must qualify a written entrance test.
The final decision regarding admission rests solely with the Principal.
For withdrawal, a prior notice of one month is compulsory; otherwise, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
A Leaving Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all school dues. Applications for Leaving Certificate must be submitted by parents only; requests from guardians will not be accepted.
For admission to Class I, the child must have completed 5 years of age as on 1st March of the academic year. Similarly, the student must have completed 15 years of age as on 1st March of the year of appearing in the Board Secondary Examination.
The Management has full discretion in selecting candidates for admission to various classes.
Admission will be confirmed only after submission of a duly filled and signed application form by the parents. Once registered, the date of birth cannot be changed.
All documents submitted at the time of admission are non-returnable.
Promotion to the next class will depend on the student’s overall performance, including attendance, class work, tests, and examinations conducted throughout the year.
The examination results declared by the school will be final and shall not be subject to reconsideration.
